  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users or property owners.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

5. Property Listings

ASIJ House acts as a platform connecting property seekers with property owners and managers. We do not own, manage, or control any properties listed on the Service. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of listings, we do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of property information.
  • The availability of any listed property.
  • The quality or condition of any property.

You are responsible for independently verifying all property details before entering into any rental agreement.

6. Fees and Payments

Certain services provided through the platform may involve fees, including but not limited to service fees, consultation fees, or referral fees. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur any charges. ASIJ House reserves the right to modify its fee structure with reasonable prior notice to users.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, images, software, and other materials on the Service are the property of ASIJ House or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our prior written consent.

8. User Content

By submitting content (such as reviews, messages, or inquiries) through the Service, you grant ASIJ House a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
